Should you buy it?
At this price point, it is not a spec beast like other mobiles, but it is a Sony mobile and the brand has nostalgia.
For about 12000, you are getting 5.5" 720p LCD Display and a USB Type-C and Sony branding.
Although it runs on MediaTek Chipset, it does keep up in Camera department and runs on latest Android version 7.0 with Sony's custom UI on top of it.
So, all it comes to your personal decision whether to own a Sony or to go with a Redmi Note 4 at the same price point
